Digital products (photos) are purchased via the Proxima Studio online store. Upon payment, the customer gains access to download the products.
2.2 License Types
Proxima Studio offers two main licenses: Standard and Extended.
2.3 Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, provided that the digital product has not been used for commercial purposes. To withdraw, the customer must notify Proxima Studio by email at kontakt@proximastudio.pl.
2.4 Complaints
In case of issues with the product, the customer can submit a complaint via email at kontakt@proximastudio.pl.
