Basis for Processing Personal Data
Personal data is processed by the Controller in accordance with the law, particularly with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Scope of Personal Data Processing
Data from the contact form will be processed:
First and last name,
Email address,
Other contact details if provided in the form.
Data provided in the contact form is used for:
Responding to inquiries submitted, either by email or phone.
User Rights
Users have the right to:
Access their data (information about what data we process) and receive a copy,
Rectify (correct) their data,
Restrict data processing (halt processing activities or not delete data – according to the request),
Delete data,
Receive data and transfer it to another controller (in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format),

Exercising the rights specified above can be done by sending a relevant request to kontakt@proximastudio.pl. Before fulfilling the rights, the user’s identity will be appropriately verified. There is a possibility to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the data processing violates GDPR regulations.
