  1. Privacy Protection Principle

Personal data is processed by the Controller in accordance with the law, particularly with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

  1. Scope of Personal Data Processing

Data from the contact form will be processed:

    • First and last name,

    • Email address,

    • Other contact details if provided in the form.

Data provided in the contact form is used for:

    • Responding to inquiries submitted, either by email or phone.

Users have the right to:

    • Access their data (information about what data we process) and receive a copy,

    • Rectify (correct) their data,

    • Restrict data processing (halt processing activities or not delete data – according to the request),

    • Delete data,

    • Receive data and transfer it to another controller (in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format),

    • Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

Exercising the rights specified above can be done by sending a relevant request to kontakt@proximastudio.pl. Before fulfilling the rights, the user’s identity will be appropriately verified. There is a possibility to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the data processing violates GDPR regulations.

Personal data may be shared with the following categories of entities:

    • Subcontractors, i.e., entities through which data can be processed, including IT and telecommunications service providers,

    • Collaborators,

    • Postal operators or courier companies.

Personal data will not be shared with other entities for marketing purposes. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.

Personal data will be processed until consent is withdrawn. Personal data will not be processed automatically and will not be profiled.

What are cookies? Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on users’ end devices intended for using websites. These files allow the user’s device to be recognized and properly display a website tailored to their individual preferences. They are also used to create anonymous, aggregated statistics that help understand how the user uses websites, which allows improving their structure and content, excluding personal identification of the user.

What do we use cookies for? We use Google Analytics tools that collect information about your visits to the site, such as subpages you viewed, time spent on the site, and transitions between individual subpages. For this purpose, Google LLC cookies related to the Google Analytics service are used.

Deleting cookies By default, web browsing software allows cookies to be placed on the end device. These settings can be changed to block automatic handling of cookies in the browser settings or to inform about each transfer to the user’s device. Limiting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the website.
